The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. i was like it was way more than a 2-star hotel. I would stay again. the location was good too
The bathroom was too small, the sink was too low. i couldn't get my face close enough to the tap without hitting the shelf hung above. the toilet was too close to the wall. I couldn't even sit straight

Excellent Stay!
helpful staff clean room great handling
The location suited us very well because it was near the train station. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. We had a small situation with laundry, but the staff handled the situation wonderfully.
The corridors were a bit noisy because the door locks made quite a lot of noise.

The included breakfast offered fresh fruit. I enjoyed it SO much. We had a delicious cappuccino. The adjacent bakery offered a discount to hotel guests. It was a nice perk.

Our junior suite was spacious. Free soft drinks in the mini fridge were a NICE touch. The hotel provided drink coupons usable at the bakery on days guests skipped room service. That was useful.

The location was central. It was a quick walk from the train station. The tram was very close. We found many cafes and shops nearby. The area was lively.
